Being a member of the HWNS Wellbeing Hub lets you start your own personal wellness challenge at any time. Our exercise programs give you easy-to-follow guidance, and make you accountable for the lifestyle choices you make. Oh, and just so we're clear, we are not talking about having to slog it out at the gym, but rather day-by-day, one step at a time, making achievable changes to your life. All our programs have head-to-toe health benefits for you on both a physical and emotional level.

Challenge yourself! Join the "I will Run 10km" fitness program and after 8 weeks, you will be able to run 10km without stopping. We give you the right mix of stretch, interval training and distance runs. If you have never run before, ensure you complete the "I will Run 5km" program first.
